Shipping to Canada and the United States is free for orders
over $200. Under $200, delivery is $20. Do you live in the area
and prefer to pick up your order? No problem! Select the "pick up"
option during checkout! We'll email you when it's ready to be
picked up! Order processing time can take up to 10 days.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have specific needs,
we will look at the possibilities with you.
The customer is responsible for providing and ensuring the
accuracy of the mailing address. The return costs for a package
are the responsibility of the customer. If the customer wants us
to replace the item, delivery costs will be borne by the
customer.If an item is presumed lost, the customer is required
to notify us no later than 30 days from the date of shipment
indicated on the email notification. Rock'N Ronde undertakes
to take the necessary steps with Canada Post. After these
deadlines, it is not possible to investigate with the carrier.

Exchanges and returns
At Rock'N Ronde, your satisfaction is important. If you are
not sure that you have purchased the right product, an exchange
for an item of the same value is permitted. We just ask not to
have used the product. The label of this one, must not have
been removed. We accept exchanges or refunds in gift card for
a period of 10 days following the purchase. The return of the
item(s) is at the customer's expense. The item must be
returned in its original condition. Any product damaged, used
or that the label has been removed will not be exchanged.
Items sold at reduced prices (such as sales or liquidations)
are neither refundable nor exchangeable. These are final sale
